TP Labs, by Timepiece360, is the largest independent service center in the region, powered by some of the most talented certified-watchmakers in the industry. We offer a wide range of services for luxury timepieces, including repair, service, polish, authentication, battery replacement, strap and bracelet adjustment, engraving, pressure testing, and resealing.

What types of watches do you service?

We service all types of luxury watches, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Omega, and more.  Please just call or drop us a request if you are not sure.

How do I know if my watch needs repair?

If your watch is running slow or fast, if the hands are not aligned, if the date or other functions are not working properly, or if there is damage to the crystal, case, or bracelet, your watch may need repair.

How long does it take to repair a watch?

The time it takes to repair a watch depends on the type of repair needed and the availability of parts. We will provide you with an estimated time frame when you bring your watch in for repair.

How often should I service my watch?

We recommend servicing your watch every three to five years to keep it running smoothly and prevent any major issues from developing.

Can you authenticate my watch?

Yes, we offer authentication services for luxury watches. Our certified-watchmakers have extensive knowledge and experience with authenticating timepieces.

How much does it cost to have my watch serviced?

The cost of servicing a watch varies depending on the type of service needed and the brand of the watch. We will provide you with an estimate of the cost when you bring your watch in for service.

Do you offer a warranty on your services?

Yes, we offer a warranty on all of our services. The length of the warranty depends on the type of service performed.

Do I need to make an appointment to bring my watch in for service?

It’s always better to book your appointment before you come to avoid waiting. You can contact us on WhatsApp or fill the website form and you will be guided towards booking your appointment. You can also bring your watch in for service during our business hours.

Can you engrave my watch?

Yes, we offer engraving services for watches. Our skilled engravers can personalize your watch with a special message or design.

How often should I replace the battery in my watch?

The recommended battery replacement interval varies depending on the type of watch and the battery used. We can advise you on the appropriate battery replacement interval for your watch.

How do I care for my watch?

We recommend keeping your watch clean and dry, avoiding exposure to extreme temperatures and magnetic fields, and storing it in a safe place when not in use. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for care and maintenance of your specific watch.

Do you offer an inspection report?

TP Labs offers an inspection report for all watches that are serviced at our facility. Our inspection report provides a detailed analysis of your watch, including any issues that may need to be addressed, and an estimate for the cost of repairs.
